Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational vision and Board directives
• Develop and implement long-term HR strategic plans (minimum 3 years)
• Advise CEO and senior management on HR policies and transformation initiatives
• Oversee HR manpower planning, talent management, and succession planning
• Drive organizational change management and strategic design
• Review HR frameworks to align with internal business needs and external market dynamics
• Ensure effective implementation of HR operations and performance systems
• Present HR strategic proposals at executive and board levels

Qualification & Experience

• Master’s degree (16 years education) in Management Sciences, preferably Human Resources, from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
• Additional certifications in HR (national or international) preferred
• Minimum 15 years of relevant HR experience
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership position
  • Experience in large private or public sector organizations

Salary & Contract Details

• Market-based competitive salary package (decided by the Board of Directors)
• Initial contract for 3 years, extendable based on performance
• Annual performance evaluation based on KPIs
• Purely contractual position (non-pensionable, non-permanent)
