Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Health and Population Department Punjab Jobs 2026 – Excellent Career Opportunity for Surveillance Assistant (300 Posts)

• Providing professional cricket coaching services to the CDA Islamabad Cricket Team
• Acting as Head Coach with responsibilities including:
  • Game planning and strategies
  • Pre-match and post-match performance analysis
  • Performance evaluation and player development
• Enhancing team excellence through:
  • Skill development and consistency improvement
  • Implementing international training standards
  • Supporting staff coordination and team management
• Preparing the team for departmental, domestic, and international competitions

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

✅ Education & Certification

• Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation
• Strong preference for Level II qualified candidates

✅ Experience

• Minimum 02 years of coaching experience with:
  • National teams
  • Franchise teams
  • Domestic cricket teams
• Preference will be given to candidates who:
  • Are former international cricketers OR
  • Have played 20+ First-Class matches
• Proven experience in training cricketers to international standards

✅ Skills & Competencies

• Strong planning, organization, and execution skills
• Proven ability to:
  • Monitor and evaluate player performance
  • Implement performance improvement systems
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills

Interview & Application Process

• Incomplete applications will not be entertained
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview
• No TA/DA will be admissible
• Salary is negotiable and based on qualification and experience

Important Terms & Conditions

• CDA reserves the right to:
  • Cancel or amend the recruitment process
  • Increase or decrease the number of vacancies
• The initial contract is for 06 months, extendable based on performance
• Appointment does not guarantee regularization
