Educational / Professional Qualification

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in:

- Strong knowledge of SBP Green Banking Guidelines
- Environmental & Social Risk Management frameworks
- Prudential Regulations and regulatory compliance

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Green Banking strategies across NBP
- Develop and review Green Banking & Environmental Risk Management policies
- Coordinate with Green Liaison Officers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Environmental Due Diligence (EnvDD) and Environmental Risk Rating (ERR)
- Liaise with SBP, regulators, consultants, and third-party advisors
- Oversee development and rollout of green financial products
- Monitor sustainability initiatives, impact assessment & reporting
- Manage budget and resources for green banking projects
- Support renewable energy, waste management & water conservation initiatives
- Perform other assignments as directed by management
