Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational vision and Board directives
- Develop and implement long-term HR strategic plans (minimum 3 years)
- Advise CEO and senior management on HR policies and transformation initiatives
- Oversee HR manpower planning, talent management, and succession planning
- Drive organizational change management and strategic design
- Review HR frameworks to align with internal business needs and external market dynamics
- Ensure effective implementation of HR operations and performance systems
- Present HR strategic proposals at executive and board levels
Qualification & Experience
- Master’s degree (16 years education) in Management Sciences, preferably Human Resources, from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
- Additional certifications in HR (national or international) preferred
- Minimum 15 years of relevant HR experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Experience in large private or public sector organizations
Salary & Contract Details
- Market-based competitive salary package (decided by the Board of Directors)
- Initial contract for 3 years, extendable based on performance
- Annual performance evaluation based on KPIs
- Purely contractual position (non-pensionable, non-permanent)
Age Limit
- Maximum 57 years as of the closing date of application
